Reporting Channels
The FCT provides two reporting channels:
The Reporting Channel within the scope of the GDPR is intended to receive reports that have as their object the practice of infractions falling within any of the domains provided for in article 2 of Law No. 93/2021 of December 20, by any body, service, or agent of the FCT, IP
Complaints concerning the commission of offences which, although falling within the areas provided for in the aforementioned legislation, concern entities, bodies, services or agents other than the FCT, IP, must be submitted to the authorities which, in accordance with their powers and competences, must or may be aware of the matter in question in the complaint, namely, the Public Prosecutor's Office, the Criminal Police bodies and the General Inspectors, as provided for in article 12 of Law no. 93/2021 of 20 December.
The Harassment Reporting Channel arises from the FCT's commitment to preventing, prohibiting and combating any practice or conduct that violates human dignity. Harassment constitutes a discriminatory practice par excellence, violating human dignity and preventing a healthy and inclusive work environment.
This Channel is a specific mechanism to combat all forms of harassment and should be understood as a current tool for the prevention, detection and treatment of practices of this nature, encouraging the promotion of an inclusive environment through the participation of civil society.
