Scientific Employment

The Scientific Employment Incentive Program is an incentive for hiring researchers and developing scientific employment plans and scientific careers by public or private institutions.

This financial support strengthens the national scientific and technological system and promotes employment opportunities for doctors, facilitating the formalization of scientific employment and contributing to greater national attractiveness for highly qualified young people. They also contribute to the rejuvenation of scientific institutions, attracting more and better scientists, and to facilitating a framework that stimulates researcher mobility.
